Courtney’s goal for each client is to provide the best service when preparing to list a home for the real estate market which necessitates regular communication with each party.
Her responsibilities require the scheduling of all necessary property inspections, preparation of disclosure packets and coordination of escrow sign offs to ensure seamless interfacing with Kathy’s sellers. Done in a thorough and timely manner Courtney is a positive asset to Kathy’s team.

She creates all of the advertising for each property that Kathy lists, ensuring that timely, creative and well-placed advertising and promotional exposure attains the highest level of visibility for each home. Her wide range of responsibilities include coordinating all stages of marketing for each property with the appropriate newspapers, magazines and websites, directing the production of virtual tours, managing direct mail campaigns, organizing broker tours and open houses, and communicating regularly with Kathy’s clients. She also works directly with Kathy’s buyers to ensure that all transactions run smoothly and efficiently.

Once Kathy and the client decide on the best marketing approach and the client’s desired level of involvement, Nancy works to oversee and coordinate every aspect of the home’s preparation. Everything—including packing up the home, coordinating any repairs such as painting, plumbing, or electrical, garden work, and staging—can be left in the coordinator’s capable hands. A consummate professional, Nancy ensures that each home is ready for the listing date and beautifully presented.
